Coach Horton has over 20 years of experience programming and training at the D1 level as both a Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and a Director of Sports Science at places like the University of Tennessee, Georgia Tech and the University at Buffalo.

This year-round training program is the same training that those athletes have received that led to Conference Championships and helped numerous players go on to play in the NFL.

Advanced level lifters who want to train using a collegiate level football strength and conditioning program.
How Much Olympic Lifting is in this Program?
Quite a bit. I believe in a Olympic lifting based philosophy to train more explosive athletes so expect to see a good amount of Olympic lifts.
Where Should I Start?
